Government and their youth; in summary

There was a certain period and time when I took out moment to figure out what it takes to be a leader; But I got to understand that a great leader has for once in life time become a follower, who followed diligently, truthfully and committed to making sure everyone is carried along regardless of where anyone is coming from. Either your tribe or ethnicity, it wouldn't for any reason what so ever become an ache causing other people's predicaments.

So,  if I would say;  wouldn't it be creative and innovative enough to become a leader with values?
Make values as a core reason for being a leader today and everyday of existence.
